TAO Tempering Machines

Mazzetti’s horizontal tempering machines TAO are designed to supply a constant flow of tempered chocolate for any use. The chocolate, from the collecting hopper, is moved through water jacked sectors (from 2 to 4 depending on the model) by a rotating screw. Each sector is provided with water at a controlled temperature. Efficient, reliable and easy to use, our TAO are also the perfect option in the case of chocolate with low fat content.
