The Mixer

The MIXER has been designed to weigh and mix several ingredients prior to feed the mass to be refined into the WAFA. In the WAFA 400 and WAFA 400s the ingredients must be premixed and automatically pumped inside the machine while the WAFA.100 can be loaded either way, manually or automatically. The MIXER is provided with load cells so that each ingredient can be properly dosed. Once the ingredients are loaded the specially designed blades provide fast and accurate mixing. The resulting mass is then transferred to the ball mill and, once completely discharged, the MIXER is ready again to start a new processing cycle, minimizing waiting times between a load and the other. Furthermore, each mixer is able to work with a maximum of 6 WA-FAs, which makes it a perfect machine for the plant productivity implementation over time.
