Chocolate Centers

Chocolate Centers Plant (MA 400, 600, 800)

Chocolate Center Line.PNG
  • The Chocolate center lines are developed on request. A set of rollers transform liquid chocolate into a sheet of solidified chocolate Centers over a belt that proceed into a cooling tunnel, properly dimensioned, for the final cooling of the product.

  • At the end of the cooling tunnel a sieve drum eliminates the excess of chocolate around the Centers. An automatic temperature control unit and chiller provide the water-glycol solution for the cooling of the rollers.

  • For high capacity lines, several rollers and belt systems can be installed on a structure that shares the same cooling tunnel with the belts running one over the other one, thus increasing the capacity while having the same footprint of a single line.

  • Each line consists of 3 functional parts: • Printing rollers, that transform liquid • chocolate into solid chocolate with desired shapes. • Cooling tunnel, where the product is stabilized. • Sieve drum, to eliminate the excess of product around each centre. Printing rollers are also sold as stand-alone machines to be included on existing cooling tunnels.
