The ME.70A Mixer is used to incorporate flavors and colors into the boiled sugar mass, so as to prevent evaporation. It consists of a column carrying the mixing head, a trolley, and a Teflon coated steel bowl. The sugar mass is collected from the cooker into the Mixer's bowl and is carried to the Mixer itself by the trolley. Two similar versions having different capacities are available for this Mixer, the ME.70A and the ME.70B.
