Crunchy Candy Line

In 1985 we were the first company to patent and introduce to the market a fully automatic system to produce laminated crunchy candies. The development of this new equipment came as a fruit of our long experience in the handling and processing of high boiled sugar for centerfilled candies.

The common technology for the production of centerfilled candy, based on the use of a filling pump connected to a pipe sitting in the batch roller and surrounded by high boiled sugar, is in fact used in our system to produce a centerfilled rope of candy.

The complete line is controlled by a personal computer, working on a specially designed software, to automatically control and synchronize all speeds and to keep the entire line working in perfect balance with the capacity of the rest of the plant.
