Continuous Cooling Drums represent the most advanced and labor-saving solution in the cooling process of all types of caramels and toffee. This technology, first introduced by our company in the confectionery some thirty years ago and later followed by other manufacturers, has been further developed by the Teflon coating process applied on the outer surface of our stainless steel drums. To satisfy different capacity requirements, our range of models starts from a minimum capacity of 200 Kgs per hour to a maximum capacity of 1200 Kgs per hour.
